Refunds for classes are given if you cancel at least 72 hours ahead of the class date. After that, a store credit or 50% refund will be given. There is no refund for non-attendance. Email jung@jungchicago.org to cancel.
All of our public classes are open to non-clinicians, including those which offer CEs. Only the Analyst Training Program and Jungian Psychotherapy Program are restricted to licensed clinicians.

A Primer on Organizational Development 

This lecture is part of the conference Chaos and Change in Organizational Life. Co-sponsored by the C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago and the NTL (National Training Laboratories) Institute, this conference explores the contributions Jungian psychology can make to understanding the depth and complexity of organizational life in times of change and the contributions that the applied behavioral sciences can make when Jungian perspectives are incorporated.

The chaotic and confused nature of the process of change is the prime material from which productive workplaces are built. This conference offers a clearer understanding of how coming to terms with the power of the unconscious can bring dignity and meaning to workplaces and empower people who work in them to gain a greater knowledge of the Self and organizational issues of productivity, creativity, and quality.

The conference includes the following lectures:

Fred Nader was a long time contributor to and supporter of the values, principles, and practices of Organization Development (OD). He was President Emeritus of NTL Institute (www.ntl.org), serving twice, between 1987-1991, and then from 2010-2012.  He was also a founding director of The Lewin Center (www.lewincenter.org), committed to furthering the legacy of Kurt Lewin through social change and action research. He long aligned himself with the causes of social justice and education, working tirelessly to progress the rights of juveniles in the justice system of New Hampshire and across the United States as Director of Operations, Office of Juvenile Justice, U.S. Department of Justice. In addition he was an Adjunct Professor at The American University, Washington, DC. Mr. Nader authored and served as editor of several publications and research papers  in the field of Applied Behavioral Science.
