Marti Atkinson, MSW, LMSW began her training in Occupational Therapy. Her professional interests and experiences have been in the field of Mental Health working in both inpatient and outpatient settings (children, adolescents and adults). Her eleven years of experience in Community Mental Health Day Programs and Clinical Services included the development and administration of programs and services for the Developmentally Disabled adult population and for post hospitalized psychiatric adults. As an M.S.W., L.M.S.W, Marti has been a psychotherapist in private practice for nineteen years, the last five years as a Jungian Analyst. Marti is a Member on the Board of Directors for Michigan Friends of Jung and has served on many committees for the C. G. Jung Institute of Chicago. She facilitates Jung reading and study groups and occasionally lectures.
