She was a&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Analytical_psychology\">Jungian analyst<\/a>&nbsp;trained at the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C._G._Jung_Institute_in_Z%C3%BCrich\">C. G. Jung Institute in Z\u00fcrich<\/a>,&nbsp;Switzerland. She was one of the most widely read authors on feminine psychology, focusing on&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Psyche_(psychology)\">psyche<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soma_(biology)\">soma<\/a>.
