They discuss how Jungian Analysis facilitates the process of recovery, healing, and individuation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individuation is a psychological process of development through which an individual becomes a unique, self-aware and autonomous person. It was first described by Carl Jung, a Swiss psychologist and psychoanalyst, who saw it as a central aspect of the human experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individuation involves the differentiation of the individual from the collective unconscious and the development of a sense of individuality, which includes the integration of conscious and unconscious aspects of the self into a coherent whole. This process can involve the exploration of one&#8217;s personal beliefs, values, desires, and fears, as well as the resolution of conflicts between these aspects of the self. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individuation can be a lifelong process and can be influenced by a variety of factors, including cultural and societal influences, past experiences, and personal growth.
