Robert Moretti, PhD<\/strong>\u00a0is a clinical psychologist and Jungian analyst in private practice. He holds academic appointment as Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University\u2019s Feinberg School of Medicine, where he has been on the faculty for over 25 years. In addition to standard Jungian analytic approaches, Dr. Moretti\u2019s practice utilizes mindfulness meditation techniques, cognitive approaches, and hypnosis. morettipsychology.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Stephen Martz, DMin<\/strong>\u00a0is a Jungian analyst in private practice, with offices in Glen Ellyn, Lincoln Park, and Elk Grove Village. \u00a0He is also an Episcopal priest. \u00a0His analytic work and interests are rooted in the classical tradition of Jungian analysis, with its abiding interest in dreams and other activations of the unconscious. He has particular expertise at the intersection of psychology and spirituality, and this is an ongoing theme in his work. George Didier, PsyD<\/strong>\u00a0is an Associate Professor of the Institute of Pastoral Studies of Loyola University Chicago. He was the Graduate Program Director at IPS for degrees in both Pastoral Counseling and Spirituality for over ten years. He is a Diplomate with the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, and Editor of the Journal of Spirituality in Mental Health (Taylor and Francis\/Routledge). His research interests include the interface of Psychology, Theology, and Spirituality. His specific current focus addresses the theme of contemporary Pilgrimage as a resource for personal growth, transformation, and healing.<\/p>\n

Mary Dougherty, MFA, ATR, NCPsyA<\/strong>\u00a0is a Jungian psychoanalyst and art psychotherapist in private practice in Chicago. \u00a0She is the current President of the C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago and former Director of Training. \u00a0She is a contributing editor to the Journal of Jungian Theory and Practice and the Journal of Analytical Psychology and has numerous articles published on analytical psychology. \u00a0She lectures on the clinical uses of film as active imagination, and the impact of Jung\u2019s thought upon creative development and artistic production.<\/p>\n

Barbara Friedman, PhD<\/strong>\u00a0is a Jungian analyst and a licensed psychologist as well as a certified addictions counselor and a certified Yoga Instructor. She has devoted many years to the study of spiritual wisdom traditions. She is the author of \u201cPartners in Healing: Redistributing the power in the Counselor Client Relationship\u201d and has published many articles on Analytical Psychology. \u00a0She is a founding member of the C. Ken James, PhD<\/strong>\u00a0is director of Student Services at the Laboratory School, University of Chicago. His areas of expertise include dream work and psychoanalysis, archetypal dimensions of analytic practice, divination and synchronicity, hypnosis as a therapeutic medium, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. He has done post-doctoral work in music therapy and theology, and uses these disciplines to inform his work as a Jungian analyst.\u00a0soulworkcenter.org<\/a><\/p>\n

George B. Hogenson, PhD, LCSW<\/strong> is a Jungian analyst, and past President of the C. G. Jung Institute of Chicago. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Yale University, an M.A. in clinical social work from the University of Chicago, and the diploma in analytical psychology from the Chicago Institute. A member of the editorial board of The Journal of Analytical Psychology, he is the author of Jung\u2019s Struggle with Freud and numerous articles and book chapters on Jung and analytical psychology. His research focuses on the emergence of psychological phenomena from complex dynamic systems.<\/p>\n
