Pathways to the Soul/Exercises of the Spirit

Jung believed that all religious traditions find their roots in the archetypal realm, the font of those patterns which give the “religious instinct” and ritual practices their form. In this audio program, Dr. Lavin explores the psychological pathways of daily religious practice, and “those spiritual exercises which help us nurture our souls.” He also points to various experiences within analytical psychology, including dream interpretation and active imagination, which develop the individual’s sense of spirit.
