Refunds may be given for reasonable complaints regarding quality or difficulty with downloading your purchase. For refund requests not related to quality or ease of use, refunds are not guaranteed, but a 50% refund may be given. Refunds can take up to 30 days to reflect on your billing statement.
Cancellation PolicyRefunds for classes
are given if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead of the class date. After
that, a store credit (good for one year) or 50% refund will be given. There is no refund
