In Midlife

Part of the course, Crisis or Creativity: The Nature and Challenge of the Second Half of Life, this course explores Jung’s ideas about adulthood and aging which emphasize a growing sense of spirituality, keener awareness of the urgings of the self, and deepening recognition of one’s individual destiny. Masculine and feminine perceptions on the nature and the challenges of the second half of life are explored, along with archetypal materials that provide an orientation and education about midlife, aging, and old age. This program, presented by Murray Stein, explores Jung’s ideas on midlife and the nature of the challenges faced in midlife.
